As our Hostess, you are the first impression our guests have of their dining experience each time they enter the Black Diamond Grill. Your engagement with our Guests adds to our team’s goal to provide guests with the highest level of satisfaction during each visit. The menu, the freshness of the ingredients, their preparation and presentation are all done with our guests in mind. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Welcome Guests to The Black Diamond GrillSeat Guests, provide Guests with menus, provide name of Server and alert ServerMaintain a waitlist of guests during peak hours. Answer all telephone calls and take To Go orders and deliver the orders to the Bar.Wipe returned menus to maintain sanitation, clean front vestibule; sweep area, dust ledges and table, clean door glass, empty trash, restock order tickets, pens, and toothpicks. As time allows, assist Servers with table resets.
