Duties: In this position you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of self-storage facility while remaining in compliance with all state and federal laws. We strive to reach beyond the standard and deliver nothing short of excellent customer service to all tenants and potential tenants. What we require from you: • Valid state issued driver license • Reliable transportation Physical Requirements: • Ability to conduct physical work that includes outdoor and indoor maintenance • General repair maintenance • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Desired Requirements: • Additional years of experience • Time management skills
