Found male & female shepherds. The male had a very long chain around his neck and he was stuck on the chain link fence on 1st Street. They both ended up jumping in my car and I had no choice but to take them to the CCSPCA. If they are your dogs, please go get them. Their stray hold is up on Friday 1/14/22
