Breeding rat pair with 4 offspring in 55 gallon tank

I have a breeding pair of rats available, approx 1 year old and have had one litter. Included is 4 of their offspring who are around 8 weeks old and will be breeding soon as well. Female is brown, male is black. Offspring are brown, black, and mixed white/black. Included is a 55 gallon tank with screen lid, water bottle, and accessories. I have locks for the lid. The adult female is very playful and affectionate. Re-Homing fee of $120 is requested. Did I say it has a 55 gallon tank? Pictures available upon request.
