Hi his name is Ruffles. Adult male with medium length hair. Neutered, black and white tuxedo. He does not have a microchip. He has white whiskers and black eyebrows with a black face. He is medium size, about 7 lbs. He has a distinct meow. He went missing on 11/8 in the afternoon in the 16th and H Street neighborhood. He is very friendly, and may try to come inside since he is a mostly inside boy. He is very loved and missed. He has been gone for two months, and could be anywhere now. He may have been taken and dumped. Please if you have seen him, we really miss him and my daughter really wants her baby home. If you have him, please let him come home.
