Royal Palms, the "Keep Austin Beautiful" Award Winning Manufactured Home Community of Central TX, seeks a motivated, positive attitude person, with good mechanical aptitude, to join our Staff as a Groundskeeper. Because of frequent interaction with residents, person must have good communication and social skills. Must have TX Driver's License with a good driving record. Knowledge of Spanish would be helpful, but English is a requirement. Routine tasks include: * lawn care (mowing, trimming & watering) * pool cleaning & maintenance * janitorial duties in offices, baths & clubroom * general grounds upkeep * light equipment maintenance & upkeep * light plumbing, electrical & mechanical problem analysis and repair * shadow Maintenance Manager to learn all aspects of property maintenance * propane dispensing (after completion of State testing & certification) The work day is from 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $21 and up DOE Compensation will be based on aptitude and experience.
