Description

I am offering individual or group training sessions to learn how to throw the javelin. I have experience coaching all skill and age levels. This last year one of my high school athletes won the state title, and received a scholarship because of her throwing. I threw collegiately, and professionally; and was on 3 USATF teams where we traveled internationally to compete against other countries. In addition to technical training, I am also a certified strength and conditioning coach. I spent 3 years training athletes at Washington State University. I am very knowledgeable and have demonstrated an ability to grow and develop athletes; culminating in awards, scholarships, and life changing opportunities.
