Be able to work hard, be safe, and look out for each other as a team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - WE CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO BE A ROOFER!! YOU DON'T NEED TOOLS YOU DONT NEED YOUR OWN TRUCK WE HAVE EVERYTHING If you bring us a current pay sheet by another roofing company, We will try to give you more than they pay.
