Employers Overload is hiring Packaging Operators on a bottle line for the Day, Swing, and Weekend shifts at a local kombucha tea company. Packaging Operators will work as a team to operate the bottling line. Available schedules: AM Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5am - 3:30pm, Overtime on Friday's (hours may slightly vary) PM Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15pm - 1:45am, Overtime on Friday's (hours may slightly vary) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour + shift differentials Job Responsibilities: - Load empty bottles onto bottling line safely - Move pallets from one place to another safely - Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks - Operate various pieces of equipment on the bottling line - Quality Control - checking for accuracy of bottled dates, expiration dates, lot numbers, labels, etc. - Change bottle labels - Lifting heavy boxes of labels and bottle caps - Assisting team with routine cleaning, organizing, sanitization, and other duties as required Job Requirements: - Previous packaging or production experience (bottling line experience a plus) - Previous forklift or electric pallet jack experience a plus - Attention to detail - Able to multitask - Able to lift 50lbs and able to stand for extended periods of time - Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English - Reliable transportation (not bus accessible) - Pre-employment screening required If you are interested please apply today or give us a call!
