BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

It’s almost definitely a scam if you need to pay a deposit OR TRANSPORTATION FEE. I never post warning like these, but I’ve chatted with three scammers back-to-back this morning. Scams going around today: 1. Siamese kittens that are “free” but cost $550 to be transported because “recent relocation” 2. 5-month-old male kitten located in Boston needs half of deposit to hold 3. Anyone who answers “How far are you from Harvard Square?” with an exact street address of their “home” is NOT a local so they don’t know how far easily. They might be using an address on Commercial St in Boston. Requires deposit. If you’re have doubts, feel free to reach out. It’s probably a scam, but I can explain to you why if you’re unsure. Posting because I’ve realized that people are actually falling for these.
