Description
21st Century Storage is seeking a part-time candidate to perform hybrid duties, including janitorial and customer service. This is a part time position, 20 hours per week, however there will be occasional weeks that will exceed that amount, for example during Spring/Summer when tasks are greater outdoors; or in winter with snowstorm cleanup/ de-icing. And, more time in office when other employees take vacation time throughout the year.
Candidate will be expected to:
-assess customer needs and process customer storage and U Haul rentals
-make collection calls for payments
-maintain clean, organized office
-maintain clean facility and grounds
-seasonal work: lawn maintenance, weed control, snow shoveling, plowing, ice-melt applications
Candidate must have:
-the ability to report to work as scheduled and on-time
-attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks on time and efficiently
-a great attitude and excellent customer service skills
-the ability to take direction and work independently
-the ability to lift 50lb.
-the ability to work additional hours above 20 when occasions call for it
-flexibility in scheduling
