Part Time, Weekends a must Job Type: 1099 Contractor Employment Length: Ongoing Pay rate: $17/hr Number of positions: 3 Availability: 4 - 5 days a week: Night shift (shifts can include 6pm - 8pm & 8pm - 10pm), Day shift (10am - 4pm) The Watson Housekeeping Group is looking for motivated, hard working individuals to join the Watson Housekeeping Group cleaning team. This role would mainly be as a commercial cleaner with residential and airbnb turnover, located in the Baltimore and surrounding areas. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to: - Emptying trash - Wiping all surfaces - Maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors - Wiping the outside and inside of appliances - Cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower) - Disinfecting (surfaces and switches) - Wash, dry, fold and put away laundry Applicants should be comfortable with standing for extended periods of time. We're looking for high quality cleaning professionals who: Have existing cleaning experience (preferred) Take pride in and are dedicated to their work Have high standards of cleanliness Must be detail oriented Must be punctual Must have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) Must have your own reliable transportation Must be able to work some holidays Must be willing to sign a 1099 contractor agreement *Preference will be given to those with more flexibility with their schedules! Experience is highly preferred but willing to train the right person.
