Housekeeper needed for our assisted living facility in Benton, AR. The Housekeeper is part of a team providing a clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly and satisfying environment for the residents, employees and public. The Manor is an equal opportunity employer. Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments. Clean/ polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/ cooling units/ grills, in resident rooms and common/ recreational areas, daily as instructed. Clean, wash, sanitize, and/ or polish bathroom fixtures ensuring that water marks are removed. Clean windows/ mirrors in resident rooms/ areas, bathrooms, and entrance/exit ways. Clean floors, to include sweeping/ dusting/ damp & wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting. (Ensure that appropriate caution/ safety signs are properly used for such duties.) Clean carpets, to include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, spot clean, and disinfecting. Clean walls and ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting and spot cleaning/ disinfecting. Remove dirt, dust, grease, film, etc. from surfaces using proper cleaning/ disinfecting solutions. Discard waste trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner. Ensure that work/ assignment areas are clean & that equipment, tools, supplies, is properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, meal times, and end of the work day. QUALIFICATIONS * Must have a high school diploma or GED * Must have a minimum of two years housekeeping or janitorial experience * Must have flexibility with schedule and be available to work days, evening, and weekends *Must have good organization skills, detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy *Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and also meet all health and state requirements, including TB & Drug testing.
