Can anyone help me with junking my car

Hi! My landlord needs my unusable car off my driveway and I currently do not have a copy of the title. I went to the DMV and they said it would take up to 10 weeks to receive it in the mail. They also said that I would be able to transfer the car to someone else with an official vehicle record print, the title replacement paperwork filled out with both of our information, and a bill of sales, which they gave me. It's a 1999 chrystler concorde and the front wheels have damage, so it can't be towed like normal in neutral, but the back wheels are just fine. If anyone can help get it off my hands, I would really appreciate it! I'd also appreciate any other ideas/ advice/ solutions you might have.
