Description

In this lead carpenter position, you will be required to follow plans to frame and side new residential construction projects in Bend, and surrounding area. 5 years of carpentry experience required. Motivated to grow along with the company. Continuing Training provided. Manage and direct a small crew of framers. Compensation: The position pays $32 per hour to be paid semi-monthly basis by check. Signing bonus of $1500. In addition, you will receive an $100 bonus for passing inspections on the first inspection (underfloor, shear-wall, rough framing) with a potential of $300 per home max. Medical co-insurance is offered for employee. Other compensation includes vacation time, PTO and overtime, if job requires.
