Bindery & Finishing Operator About the Company Graph X is a digital print production and direct mailing company that specializes in creating personalized solutions for our clients in today’s fast paced environment. Our Print-on-Demand atmosphere and attention to detail increases the overall response rate for clients. Our goal is to help build relationships between businesses and their clients through the use of marketing materials, personalized direct mailings and trade show exhibits in addition to a variety of custom projects. Responsibilities of Bindery Operator • Works closely with production and bindery staff on various projects • Develop skills and techniques in the production room • Assist in monitoring production workflow and deadlines • Setup machines to meet specifications according to the job ticket provided • Must be able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with quality control • Valid Driver license for deliveries in company van Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff, suppliers, and operations • Strong time management, critical thinking, monitoring, organization, coordination, independent judgment, and decision-making skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds • Demonstrated success handling multiple projects in changing environments • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and successfully resolve problems • Able to participate in peer coaching, feedback, and group problem solving Benefits • A fun, high energy and challenging work environment • Team building activities and recognition • Medical, dental and vision plans; eligible within first 90 days • Excellent 401(k) matching program • Paid time off (vacation & holidays) • Flexibility Schedule/Shift: This is a full-time position.
