Tile & Grout: Replace plastic shower insert with tile

I'm doing a project myself, buying the tile, shower door, etc. and ripping out the old plastic shower insert (3'x4'). I just need someone who has experience in cutting and applying tile as well as sloping the floor to drain properly. ReBath and those companies are amazingly expensive for what you get. I already bought my tile, grout, adhesive... your tools would help. I don't have a tile cutter. Reply with a quote for labor for the entire job. Thank you.
