Seeking to find a maintenance technician for a rental and real estate company that provides property management and routine maintenance for multiple properties on Sunset Beach, NC, Ocean Isle Beach, NC and extending to Holden Beach, NC. Position includes: - General knowledge and experience in maintenance and handy work - Available for 40-hour work weeks - Provide an asset to the company with a positive and willing attitude Additional Notes: - $35k-$45k salary pay (based on experience) - Health insurance benefits provided - Up to date resume highly recommended upon applying, but not required - Must have valid driver's license - Must live in Brunswick County, NC or NC/SC state line
