I'm writing on behalf of a Gulf War veteran in dire straits. A sweet and wonderful man with a heart of gold. He was robbed last week by his neighbors and feels unsafe to return home. To make matters worse, his wife and daughter were slain in a car accident last year, so he struggles to focus on his present stress. The timeline is tight, as he's staying in a respite house only until this Friday (01/14). If you or someone you know has a room available to rent, I can't express our depth of appreciation.
