SivCo Construction is an Oklahoma City based construction company that services the greater metro area. Our jobs consist of home remodeling, from a complete remodel or a rental makeready to a toilet install, we do it all. We work with several realtors and property management companies as well. We are looking for a working superintendent. We are looking to fill a full time spot, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm. Must have a truck. Experience in managing jobs, scheduling, contacting subs, and customer service is required. We are looking for a “Jack of All Trades” that has experience in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, tile, etc. (preferably be able to speak both Spanish and English) SivCo Construction is also looking to fill an entry level position Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm. Must have reliable transportation, and must work well with others. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. We will provide basic hand tools if needed.
