Silver Elm Estates - Independent Senior Community HOURS Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform cleaning duties in make ready units including cleaning of all appliances, cabinets/countertops, sinks, tubs/showers, floors, windows, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, blinds, etc. Perform light cleaning duties in occupied units including kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming, light dusting, bedding change, trash removal. Interact with residents in a pleasant and professional manner. Where applicable, clean office area, bathrooms, clubhouse, models, laundry rooms, and other common areas. Comply with all federal and state fair housing regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,AND ABILITIES) Must have high school diploma or GED and valid drivers license. BENEFITS Healthcare, paid time off.
