Madison based, local construction company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Traveling Project Superintendent. Job duties include effectively and professionally manage the day-to-day activities and operations on the construction project. Understands all contractors’ scopes of work and maintains schedules and quality standards. Monitors contractor compliance with project safety requirements. Performs project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner and to the client’s satisfaction. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field project superintendent role and have great communication and teamwork skills. *MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL* Basic computer, iPad and Procore Construction Management software knowledge, strong organization with communication, multi-tasking and leadership skills is a huge PLUS!
