JOB DESCRIPTION FOODTEMPS is hiring trade show demonstrators and prep staff for the upcoming 46th International Winter Fancy Food Show- February 6 - 8. (Sun-Tues) Responsibilities include promoting, demonstrating, cooking and assisting trade show manufacturers and distributors at the show prepare and market their gourmet specialty food products to the retail trade and food service industry. LOCATION: Las Vegas Convention Center – South Hall QUALIFICATIONS Sales, marketing, high end retail, trade show, catering, fine dining or restaurant experience preferred. Applicants should be enthusiastic, outgoing, energetic and reliable, with strong communication skills and reliable transportation to the convention center. SHOW DATES AND HOURS: Sunday, February 6, 2022: 10 AM – 5 PM Monday, February 7, 2022: 10 AM – 5 PM Tuesday, February 8, 2022 10 AM – 4 PM ATTIRE Professional black and white attire: Black formal pants or skirt, white tuxedo, formal dress shirt or chef’s jacket, and black shoes.
