Looking for a Contractor/Handyman to finish a complete rehab. Project is about 80% complete. Looking for someone that is very good at drywall finishing and painting. All drywall is complete, just a few areas that require additional finishing. Also need minor electrical and plumbing, hang a couple doors, refinish hardwood floors and trim throught the entire house. Touch up and seal all grout, powerwash and paint basement walls and floors. Please email with your contact info, scheduling estimates asap. Will also require references and pictures of your work. Estimate is for labor cost only, payment will be split into 2 payments, half when you're halfway completed with project, the other half at the completion of project. House is located on the Westside of Detroit.
