Position Summary: Troubleshooting, estimating, parts ordering, and servicing of hydraulic tools and equipment. Examples of tools include hydraulic rams, air/hydraulic pumps, truck tire bead breakers, floor jacks and truck axle jacks. Occasionally assist with the installation of 2-post and 4-post vehicle lifts at customer’s location.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect components for repair
• Determine necessary replacement parts
• Prepare work-order and quote customer for repair
• Complete reconditioning installing new parts, reassemble, test
Other Occasional Responsibilities:
• Assist with needed help in installing and repairing vehicle lifts
• Unload incoming freight
• Perform general shop facility maintenance
The ideal candidate till have two years of experience in a related field. We will train, however a mechanically minded person with the ability to troubleshoot problems is a must. All required tools are provided.
Must be a motivated person with the ability to work independently.
Full-time position, M-F 8:30-5:00. No nights or weekends.
A clean and valid driver’s license is a must.
