Description

This person will lead, train and grow our team of canvassers and sales members. You are responsible for managing our outbound canvassers and working with our sales members to bring in quality leads. You will lead weekly goal setting and review meetings, and work closely with our project managers ensuring that qualifying leads are turned into contracts. You will be responsible for light administration work, ensuring that hiring papers, payroll and compliance are being followed for your team and paper work and payroll are getting turned. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: • 5-7-years’ experience in the roofing business • Valid driver’s license • Available Monday thru Saturday • Exemplifies themselves as a leader, and focus on the development of others • Hire and train canvassing and sales team • Self-motivator • Excellent communication skills • Familiar with SVG training software is a bonus • Able to keep our team organized and on track • Strategic thinker • Bilingual in English and Spanish a bonus but not a requirement • Detailed Oriented • Familiar with Acculynx software is a bonus • Light office skills, computer, copier, scanner, Microsoft Office • Self-awareness
