Looking for an evening role that can supplement your income? We have an opening for an experienced cleaner at a large building in Broomfield that we clean 5 evenings per week, Monday through Friday. You will spend approximately 12 hours per week on this assignment. You will clean the building with two other cleaners, taking a floor per shift. We are looking for someone who loves to clean and is a great people person- a strong communicator with a positive attitude, and someone who wants a predictable schedule (the team starts at 5pm daily). Better Business Cleaning will provide all the training and materials (cleaning supplies, PPE, rags, etc.) necessary to safely perform the job responsibilities. Requirements · Must be highly dependable with a strong customer service orientation. · Must be a quick learner with a strong work ethic. · Must be quality oriented with attention to detail. · Must be able to understand and follow instructions. · Ability to work independently and achieve work objectives with minimal immediate supervision. · Must have reliable transportation. · Must have a driver’s license. · Must be comfortable working and driving at night. · Must be able to legally work in the US / Pass e-Verify. · Must be able to pass a national criminal background check. · Must be able to pass a drug test. · Must be able to speak and understand English. · Must own a smartphone that allows you to be contacted reliably. · Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs without risk of injury. Knowledge and Education · We hire for attitude, and will train you the proper way to clean offices · Prefer High School / GED Job Type: Part Time
