Lost Dog - Senior male Shih Tzu

I believe my senor (13yrs old) white and brownish tan Shih Tzu named Big Boy was stolen or picked up by accident on Dec 7th 2021. Very doubtful he would run away, hasn't in the 10 years we've had him. Very sweet, almost completely deaf and blind, has eye issues (eye booger build up that crusts over) Last seen at West Hollow Village in Richmond near in-between Hwy6 and Eldridge. Reward for his safe return. Thank you.
