*HIRING* - Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Lead (Stewartville) Compensation: $17-$18 per hour Employment Type: part time 25-30 hrs/wk Pristine Green Outdoor Services, LLC is looking for a solid candidate to serve as Lawn Maintenance and Landscaping Lead for the 2022 season and potentially beyond. Position is seasonal, and will begin roughly the first week of May of 2022, lasting thru October 2022. 25-30 hours per week on average, daily Monday through Friday with the potential of a few Saturdays during the prime times of the season. No Sundays. Primary responsibilities of the Lawn & Landscape Lead include servicing all lawn mowing customers weekly, on set routes per day, either solo or working with Owner. This includes operation of a 3/4 ton pickup truck with enclosed trailer and operation of small lawn equipment including riding and stand-on mowers. This person will also assist business owner with other outdoor services work as required, such as shrub trimming, landscaping, etc. Work Requirements: *Strong work ethic *Focus on Quality *Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in the summer heat *Good attitude and team player *Self Starter *Basic small engine and small equipment maintenance skills *Good communication and customer service skills *Punctuality *Ability to work independently and get work done without direction *Ability to work with Owner well and create a good team *Dependability and desire to commit to a full season of work Note that the work involved with this position is highly dependent on the weather, hours worked may vary if weather conditions dictate, this is not an 9-5 job. $17-$18 to start, depending on prior experience and skill set.
