It's because they kept outsourcing and outsourcing and outsourcing so now most everything has to come in by sea. And if and when we have a dispute with China we will be soooooo screwed as our economy will collapse so fast because even the products made here require parts and supplies only China sells now because ALL our manufacturing was sent there along with all our technology..
But it's also because of the Goddamn greed. Even food that comes from local warehouses has gone up 20%. I just got my cable bill and that's up 20%. No supply shortage there just Goddamn greed.
President Biden needs to stop going on and on about the virus and think about bringing at least some jobs back and stop all this supply shortage crap.. The corporations all say no f**king way we will let that happen, we've paid off too many politicians !!!! Cheap slave labor, no environmental restrictions, not taxes. No way in Goddamn Hell would they even consider bringing jobs back to the US.!!! And Biden's way too weak to do anything to force them to return.
