Full time/Part time Looking to hire you ASAP. We are currently looking for Commercial Cleaners, Housekeeping, Lawn care technicians and Snow plowing technicians to join our team. Some duties may include: • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. • Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. • Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. • Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. • Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, or snow shovels, or spread snow melting chemicals. • Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. • Dust and polish furniture and equipment. • Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. • Sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. • Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.
