The beauty of working with Lime Maids... Set your own schedule. You control how much or little you work, whether you work on weekends or weekdays, mornings or afternoons. Through our online portal, you input the dates and times you are available to work. Plus we will never make you feel guilty about what your schedule looks like. Earn around $22 - $25 an hour. We charge a flat rate for home cleanings and you will earn 55% of that rate. This typically works out to $22 - $25 an hour. Be your own boss. You do not work for us, we work together. We provide house cleaning jobs that you agree to take on. You continue to spread the good name of Lime Maids. It is a symbiotic relationship. We are also always happy to help you setting up your own cleaning business on the side. Opportunities to earn more. There are many ways our cleaners can earn extra money with us. Any time a cleaner gets a five star review on Google, Facebook, Etc. they receive a $50 bonus in their pay. We also offer bonuses when you refer a friend to clean with Lime Maids and they have three successful cleanings. Freedom to choose how you work. Whether you prefer to throw some headphones on and clean a house lone wolf style or you prefer to work alongside like-minded conscious cleaners, we can make sure your jobs reflect this. An ideal applicant... Must be 18+ Has reliable transportation. You must have your own car to transport cleaning tools and ensure you arrive at jobs in a timely fashion. Has a working computer and smart phone. All the coordination with Lime Maids is done online. You have to have the ability to set your schedule, communicate through our online chat, and take pictures of before and after jobs. Use green friendly and/or zero waste cleaning products. Part of our business is integrating sustainability into the home. For this reason, we typically only work with home cleaners who use these products. Has relevant experience to home cleaning. We ask any cleaner we work with to have relevant experience and/or a certification verifying that they adequately been trained as a professional housekeeper. Is kind and friendly. Home cleaning can be a very intimate thing because you are going into other people's homes. It is important to us that cleaners working with us are polite and patient with our home clients. It is much easier to resolve a situation when people got along with their cleaner. Working with Lime Maids is a great opportunity for college students and other part-time professionals.
