I have two dozen rental units in Wilkesboro, NC and need someone to help with the repairs. The ideal candidate would live in one of the units. All units are close together. Some are mobile homes, others are houses. Need a maintenance person to deal with move-outs, repairs, painting, frozen water lines, broken appliances, etc. Need transportation and tools. I would offer to rent one of the units for $300 to $400 or so per month. Opportunity to work would probably be 10 to 15 hours per week. Pay would be $14 per hour. I really need someone on site. Most of the people that reply will be unable to move on site. The preferred candidate would be one that could actually move on site.
