1/11/2022 2:10 AM I'm looking for a bass player, guitar player and drummer to record some tracks. Compensation will be about $20 to $30 per hour depending on your experience, talent and productivity. If that seems light remember I'll be paying anywhere from $60 to $90 an hour from my end depending on how many musicians are required. As you know things can add up quickly. I plan on booking 2 hour sessions at a time maybe a little longer or shorter as time allows. Music genre experience to include Rock, R&B, Blues, Funk and Soul, nothing much beyond that. BTW, I have a decent home studio to make this happen. Please note the bass player can play direct so a bass rig is not required. For guitar I have a 20 watt Fender Blues Jr. What I need are fairly clean but not too clean bass and guitar tones that I'll mix-down later on my own time. You must be able to learn on the fly, listen and then recreate or come up with something decent in order to record usable tracks. Your ability to play by ear is invaluable. Musically there's nothing too complicated for someone with the right skills. However, I need capable and consistent musicians. FYI, the run time for completed songs range from 3 to 5 minutes each.
