What a Porter Does...  Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage  Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers  Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner  Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition What a Porter Needs...  Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends  Able to work independently with minimal supervision  Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented  Proven compliance with policies and procedures  Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors Must be able to pass a DMV report, background check, and drug screening.
