I have screamed at some of these idiots who are school board members, and they deserve to be screamed at. I have seen them pull at of shit that should pre vent them drop even bring the school board.
Today, the easiest and safest ring to do is pull our children out of the Public school system and home school them. This way the parent controls the curriculum and the agenda(the way it should be), and puts an immediate stop to the indoctrination. Every family I know who has done this wishes that the did it much sooner or never sent their children to public school to begin with.
You may not like that the poster said that he/she wants to shelter their children from you, but that is a very good idea. We do the same. We don't want our children near questionable people who represent a physical, mental, or moral threat to our children. Unfortunately that now includes pubic school teachers and the Democrats/Socialists/Communists. My children are still young. Once the Judeo Christian Morals and Ethics are fully understood by them and imbeded into their personality (i.e. they understand the immortality of killing babies A.K.A. abortion, for example) and can intelligently retort what a Snowflake or Marxists is trying to tell them, then we will feel more comfortable if they are to meet people like you.
