We are an apartment community located on Nine Mile Rd between Gill Rd and Drake Rd, looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a maintenance tech. Our maintenance techs are responsible for turning vacant apartments and performing maintenance services for our residents. If you have any knowledge in the areas of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry either through current or past experience in property maintenance or you are handy with at-home DIY projects, please send us your resume.
If you start with us as a maintenance tech and prove yourself, there may be opportunities for advancement within our company. Our company is constantly growing creating new opportunities.
This is a full-time position with benefits. Background check and driver's license required.
Pay will be based on your experience. More experience, more pay.
