Session Band Forming - All instruments wanted!

Session band startup looking to expand, all instruments welcome! Rochester NY Studio practice space booked and pro audio equipment onsite! Looking to recruit a rotating group of capable musicians to form a session band to play reimagined covers and medleys/mashups. Would like to be semi-committed but should also be laid back and fun! good 2nd project for working local musicians, minimal to moderate time commitment. End goal would be a functioning YouTube channel with 10-15 rotating members, plus live shows (weddings, regional events, etc.) to pay for studio space and share profits among members. Would also be cool if the session band could play as hired backup for local songwriters. Mashup: one song per year per decade (80s, 2000s, etc.) 2. Reimagined covers (pop goes punk, punk goes pop, Jazz versions of 2000’s songs, soul covers of country songs, etc. anything fun and interesting!) 3. Spotlight: BAND presents < (Rochester songwriter), live from (location). Can play your original songs (or band) too if you want! 4. Cover an entire album start to finish. Possibly each song a different genre All instruments welcome, just looking for folks who are creative, fast-learning, and capable! Specifically looking for: - Multi-instrumentalists - Upright bass - vocalists - Percussionists - Keys - Big band/orchestra instruments For reference: I’m 26 with about 13 years active gigging experience, looking to expand my own musical boundaries and create something cool and unique.
