For over 20 years, HotShots has helped to develop youth in grades 1-6 through highly organized recreational basketball. HotShots believes that the primary reason a child plays youth sports is simply to have FUN. Our goal is to provide every player the opportunity to grow in the love of basketball, improve their skills, practice good sportsmanship, build friendships, learn teamwork, and have FUN - in a safe and positive atmosphere. For these reasons, quality officials are needed to provide that atmosphere in more than 900 basketball games each year. Officials play a huge role in teaching youth how to play this great game while also making it fun for them. This requires a unique set of skills.
