I am a designer looking to rent a workshop space to work on plaster sculptures (see photos for examples). The nature of the work requires an accessible sink and drainage for daily cleaning, but there will be very minimal noise or disturbance. The space I am looking for could be a desk in your workshop/warehouse, an empty garage, or a shed in your backyard. Don't need more space than 100sf to put my work surface and tools in.
