The Opportunity: The Production Manager services both the overall business of the company and the needs of customers by serving as the primary representative of the Production Department. This position guides and leads all aspects of the customer experience post-sale, oversees the Project Managers, and maintains vendor relationships. Our exterior solutions include full & partial siding replacement, roof replacement, window/door replacement, gutter replacement, and stone installation. This is a remote location role allowing you the convenience to work from home and onsite at job locations. You will be given all the tools and resources to achieve and succeed your personal and professional goals. Responsibilities: • Schedule jobs or reschedule jobs with customers when needed, monitoring weather • Assign work to crews • Review new proposals; communicate with sales team • Take job site measurements for custom materials such as windows or doors to ensure accuracy and protect company from financial loss on items that cannot be returned • Order materials and ensure correct quantities & colors • Update CRM software with required information in a detailed and timely manner • Make production as cost efficient as possible • Return unused materials • Monitor quality control of materials and labor • Plan daily/weekly for travel efficiencies • Keep calendar updated and current • Hire, direct, & train Project Managers • Use computer to schedule, order materials, & communicate with customers • Ensure customer satisfaction & exceptional experience Your Personality & Experience: • 1-3 years in a construction field or other leadership role • A calm demeanor under stressful conditions and meeting deadlines • Professionalism is VERY important • Computer proficiencies • Critical thinking and problem-solving strengths • Big picture thinking and clarity of how it will all work to get there • Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and take charge of multiple projects • Organized and self-motivated • Excellent communication skills to keep all parties informed • A personality and skill set that is scalable - We're looking for someone who will grow with the department and company • Top notch customer service skills Your Compensation: This is a $100k+ position with compensation designed to grow as you grow with the company.
