There comes a point where you should be pushed away from the trough-o-plenty! The idea that $1 billion is not enough money is ludicrous, and I don’t mean the rapper. There is something wrong, and I mean seriously, when someone that makes the most money of anyone in the entire world pays jack shit for taxes! When is enough money enough? When you have it all? It is far past time for those that have gamed our system, to pay their fair share. Republicans have catered to the wealthy and the white for generations to the detriment of non-whites and the poor. CEO and executive salaries over 30 years have increased 1200% while employees salaries have increased 17%. Our grandfathers worked 1 job that paid a living wage. Now, both parents have to work just to make ends meet, sometimes at 2 jobs, while the wealthy buy up all the homes and rent them out at exorbitant rates, making sure the renters cannot afford to ever have a down payment to buy a home. Home prices have skyrocketed, my parents home cost $15,000, that home sold 40 years later for $240,000! But few can afford the down payment or the $1300/month payments due to the low income jobs most middle class employees have. Cars now cost far in excess of what a home used to be, and the banks are happy to give you an 8 year loan so when you finally pay it off it is worn out by design! And the finance companies make an extra 2-3% from the loan because you’re poor. THE IDEA IS TO KEEP THE POOR POOR! MAKE THE WEALTHY WEALTHIER! Time to eat the rich, the fat makes a better gravy!
