Description
We are looking for a full time maintenance person who can maintain the physical integrity of our Community. Must be willing to follow instructions, have a positive attitude, be able to fill out reports, identify and correct maintenance issues. Maintenance issues involve, replacing light fixtures, bulbs, sanding, painting of doors, walls, rails, poles, and window washing etc. Inspect and maintain all work tools, be able to operate small hand tools whether battery or electric. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, will need to bend, stoop, kneel, reach overhead on a regular basis with no restrictions. There is also janitorial work associated with the position. Such as cleaning trash rooms, sweeping floors cleaning elevators, walls and pressure washing. Must be vaccinated for Co-Vid, able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record. Work hours are Tuesday thru Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm Saturday 8am to 4:30pm.
