Handyman, Help with window shade I’ve purchased three replacement window shades for the last one which broke after a few months. None of the new shades work. They don’t have any tension so I can’t pull them down and then up again. If you have an idea that might work, and would like to take a look, I’d pay for a two hour session. I have one or two other smaller handyman items. Kindly mention your expertise and that you can come to the Upper West Side -- and how much you would charge: hourly or job rate.
