Upper East Side specialty store is looking for an experienced fulfillment associate to help support our online sales and shipping department. About the position: • This is a Full Time position • Evening, weekend hours and holidays as needed • Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, able to track multiple order platforms and ensure all orders are being shipped accurately and on time. • Excellent customer service, email, and phone etiquette. • An understanding of inventory management, and ability to notify management when supplies need and product need to be ordered • Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary station in compliance with Department of Agriculture standards • Works with a sense of urgency and efficiency • A team player that performs other duties as required or assigned About You: • Self-motivated with 2+ year of experience working in a mail order or shipping position, preferably in a food retail environment • Familiarity with Woo Commerce, Ship Station, and FedEx Shipping Management a plus • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, management and guests • Ability to work with knives • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive pay • 6 paid holidays • Health insurance • Generous employee discount on retail items • Free employee meal daily • Paid time off
