Seeking a Full time maintenance technician for a family property in Chelsea, MA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be honest, reliable & hard working. This position requires candidate to assist the maintenance supervisor to ensure work orders are addressed, follow preventative maintenance schedule, prepare property for inspections, turn units, snow removal, landscaping.

Candidate will need to be available for after hours maintenance emergencies on a rotation basis.
