Power Construction Roofing & Siding Corp. is looking for a full-time Roofing/Construction Site Manager to join our team! (bilingual in Spanish and English—preferred, but not required). The Site Manager will provide a professional manor while constantly communicating with the customer, company owner, sales representatives and office staff. The Site Manager will remain in the field and onsite during projects in order to ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly and safely. Responsibilities, Expectations & Qualifications: -Bilingual in English & Spanish (preferred but not required) -Valid Driver’s License--this job requires driving around Massachusetts for projects. We will provide a fully insured company vehicle for project use. -Assist the crews with tasks when needed -Pick up stock/materials for the job when needed -Ability to lift 50+ pounds -Manage project morning meetings with crews and customer -Manage final job walk-around and punch list creation with crews, customers and company owner -Take multiple photos of the project-before/during/after and upload to company database - Return company vehicle, project receipts and project clipboard to office in a timely manner -Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with homeowners, crews and company owner and office staff If interested, please call Lisa at: 508-903-7053 Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Saturday) Pay: $200.00 - $270.00 per day depending on experience (negotiable)
