Handyman experience is required and Supervisory experience is a PLUS. Ideal Candidates Must be: Organized, detailed and quality driven. Bilingual in English AND Spanish is a MUST. MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving and background record. Responsibilities include: >Handling Maintenance Service Calls. >Assisting in the Supervision of Janitorial employees. >Taking supplies to locations when necessary. >Helping employees in completing tasks when needed. >Flexibility in hours to work some days and some afternoon hours. >Respond to any emergencies. >Regular schedule is Mon-Fri. Must be able to have flexibility on some weekend days for supervision. >Opportunities for extra income through discretionary Performance Bonuses and projects. Candidates must: >Be 25 or over and able to legally work in the US. >Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. >Be able to pass a background and drug screen. >Be able to use basic e-mail. >Company issues a smartphone. >Any handyman experience is a Plus and offers more earnings potential.
