Job Functions: 1- Inspect, repair, install and resolve water and sanitary issues. 2- Install water heaters, fixtures, toilets, and faucets. 3- Respond rapidly to emergency calls. Additional info: *Must have own transportation. *Must be able to pass a background and drug test. * Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds. *communicate effectively both orally and in writing. *Handyman or Maintenance experience needed Interviews will be conducted every Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. - 2P. until the position is filled.
