Map Your Vision Board Workshop 🎉Join us for an interactive session with Emily from Balance & Thrive. Emily will kick off the evening with a discussion of 3 science-backed strategies to help you identify an empowering vision for 2022. This is the foundation for you to achieve your goals & dreams this year. It'll also help you to start to rewire your brain so you stop feeling stuck, unmotivated, and trapped in a cycle of self-sabotage. She'll also lead you in creating the most important part of your vision board—the center. Vision board workshop supplies include: 1 mini corkboard for the center of your board, a card to define your focus and place in the center of your board, a handout to go over the shifting of your focus, rewiring your brain, and sparking clarity. This is a workshop designed to help you clearly define your vision and set the foundation to create change.
